Scheduling an appointment for a job estimate was easily conducted by phone and the on-site appointment took place promptly. A written job estimate was provided within hours, was outlined in a thorough manner (so there could be no guessing by this customer about what would be covered) and additional information was provided about how long the work would take to complete. Work was scheduled so this customer's personal availability to be on site was accommodated. Possible work options were identified before the job was undertaken and questions were answered as they came up as the work was transacted. The work site was kept neat and items for disposal were organized for this customer to handle easily. A senior's discount was available. Payment for the work by cheque or credit card was possible.
