I am Matt Wilkie, the sole owner and inspector of Alpine Home Inspections Inc.. I am a member of Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors (CAHPI BC), and I am licensed through Consumer Protection BC. Prior to becoming a Home Inspector I operated a successful construction company where I spent years fine tuning building skills, gathering valuable information, forging important contacts, and learning industry tips and tricks. In my twenty years of experience in construction, building and renovations, I have developed a keen eye for detail. From the major components of a job to the simple, finer aspects, I believe that professional home inspection is not only a certified credential, but a learned skill.
